In the spring of 2010 I had reached what I believe they call “rock bottom” in the world of alcohol and drug addiction, only my “rock bottom” was with my health and fitness. I looked bad and felt even worse … enter Mark Fisher, fitness God that he is. He designed me a fitness regimen that (and this is no exaggeration) completely changed my life. We talked about what I already knew, what I liked to do, what I DIDN’T like to do, and what my goals were. He used this information, and his unreasonably vast knowledge of fitness information to design me a fun and effective work out plan and the results you ask? Well, they speak for themselves.
I’ve lost over 30 pounds, several inches off of my waist, and I feel like a MILLION bucks! He turned me from a loser to a user … of FITNESS! Working out with Mark is amazing. He approaches it with the most positive and nurturing attitude that I have ever seen with a trainer, and most important of all me makes you feel like he GENUINELY cares that you achieve your goals. With Mark, it’s not just a pay check or a job. For him, it’s a lifestyle, and it’s a joy for him to spread it to the world … making one more hot person at a time! He changed my life, and I’ll never be able to thank him enough. You’re lucky to train with him, and if I do say so myself, idiotic if you don’t … so don’t be an idiot, OK? Do the right thing. It’s gonna feel great, and I PROMISE that if you do exactly what he tells you to do, you WILL achieve your goals.
