I discovered Mark through a recommendation from a friend that had trained with him over the course of a few years. She especially trained with him while getting in shape for her wedding; she looked beautiful and at her most fit! Despite the recommendation, I was still very cautious due to my past experiences with “personal trainers” at certain notable sports clubs. After my first couple of training sessions, I was convinced – Mark was as knowledgeable, motivating, and committed to fitness (in a fun and enthusiastic way) as my friend had raved. His desire to keep up with new and updated fitness techniques had me engaged and interested throughout my training sessions.
It has been a few months since I first began my fitness journey with Mark, and I can say with conviction that I feel healthier, stronger, and have greater mobility and energy levels. As an added bonus – a lower back injury that has plagued me since undergrad, hasn’t caused me pain or discomfort since my time training with him. These positive results have me looking forward to continuing my fitness progression with Mark!
