This recipe is originally from Whole Foods, and is a healthy and delicious way to get your pumpkin fix this fall! We’ve added a few additional options of our own.
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk or coconut milk (Or MFF favorite— unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional!)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
MFF Pro Tips:
Use a frozen banana for a creamy, smooth texture.
PSL Hack: leave out the banana and add some cold coffee to your blender mix. Save on those PSL calories and sugar!
Workout tip: Add some vanilla protein powder for a delicious protein shake!
