I jumped into MFF hoping to shed some bad habits and give my waning fitness regimen a much-needed wake-up call. Before I knew it, I was training smarter and more confidently than I have in a very long time. I found myself more mindful of movement and form, and I discovered my love of the kettlebell. Nutrition-wise, the MFF approach gave me a new awareness to my daily food choices, and tracking what I ate made it very apparent where I could improve. By the end, I was seeing results that had previously felt unattainable, and the knowledge I gained in the areas of both exercise and nutrition is something that will always stick with me.
Mark is a veritable wealth of useful information and was always available to offer his advice and encouragement. The whole MFF team is made up of incredibly passionate and knowledgeable people, and their infectious enthusiasm and marked obsession with unicorns made for a truly awesome experience. Kaizen!
