I did Snatched last year and absolutely loved it. My body changed, I felt so healthy and I fell in love with MFF.
After a few months, the healthy nutritional habits I developed slowly fell by the wayside. As of the new year, I was on track to eat healthily again and make sure I got all of my workouts in. But then I got mono. Not only did I not move at all for a good six weeks, I didn’t care what I ate either.
As soon as I felt better, I was so happy to return to MFF and, sure enough, I was welcomed back with open arms. I was totally out of shape and felt like a blob. But the trainers at MFF don’t judge and don’t care. Where else can you go to work out where you actually look forward to going?
Snatched was the perfect way for me to get back in shape after being sick. But it wasn’t just about getting in shape. It was about jump starting healthy habits so that going forward, after getting back in shape, I’d continue to take care of myself.
I love that Snatched is a whole body/mind experience. I feel so much healthier, so much stronger. And I also appreciate that I didn’t beat myself up at all for gaining weight. I’ve learned from MFF since starting Snatched a year ago that self-compassion is important and crucial.
I truly feel like my attitude towards fitness and health has become so positive because of the incredible trainers at MFF. It feels awesome to be healthy and strong and I look forward to holding onto this feeling throughout the rest of my life.
