I have to admit, I was deeply skeptical of MFF before I came. To me, it just seemed like yet another “cardio with weights” group class like all the others out there today that cost way too much, yet another cultish fitness following. However, Mark totally won me over within the first few classes. Many other programs have great knowledge I’m sure, but what I was blown away by was Mark’s total humility and lack of ego. He’s not afraid to be wrong: when new research comes out that contradicts something he’s saying, he revises it. He never claims to have the absolute truth, but rather encourages everyone to seek their own truth for themselves. And boy, did I ever. During Snatched I became addicted to reading nutrition and food literature and really discovered what it is to get control over my eating habits, which had spiraled out of control most of my life.
Plus, the results speak for themselves. I had struggled my whole adult life to have a 6-pack, always believing it was the hallmark of a fit body but never able to achieve it because I didn’t realize how much sugar I was putting into my body through foods that otherwise looked “healthy!” The Snatched diet (and workouts, OBVI) gave me what I’ve always wanted but was worried I’d get too old to achieve before I did it. And I HAD FUN the whole time! Some days the diet was hard, but I never needed to starve myself or go hungry or anything I was afraid of. IT WORKS. I will recommend Snatched to anyone (and have already!)
