Smooo oooooth Operaaator…..

And now, the MFT&C Newsletter proudly presents: Some Delicious Smoothie Recipes.

Smoothies are a delicious way of eating high quality food that will support your pursuit of health and hotness.  Although the macronutrients (the amount of protein, carbs, and fat) should be tailored to one’s goal, you can’t go wrong with composing a smoothie from a wide variety of healthful and delicious unprocessed food.

Happily there are a number of great blenders on the market.  I personally have enjoyed the 15 dollar Hamilton Blender which boasts a large capacity for a hand held and is easy to clean.  In the past, I’ve also used and loved the Magic Bullet, which is more versatile and can be used for making dips and other products beyond smoothies.  That thing is strong.  You could mix a cat up in there.

Recently my friend Dr. Fred made me aware of what seems like another excellent (and high end) blender, the Vitamix.  So you have several options for your chosen instrument of smoothie creation.
