Hey there Time-Strapped Human,

It’s no secret that more people than ever are feeling harried and overwhelmed by the demands of their day-to-day life.

Maybe you’re being asked to do more with less and manage increased personal and professional responsibilities.

Perhaps you feel like you’re GOING GOING GOING all day long and just can’t seem to get your head above water.

You keep “running out of day” before you make it to the bottom of your never-ending to-do list.

Worst of all, it feels like your life is slipping away.

You’re not able to make time for what REALLY matters; quality time with your loved ones, high impact professional activities that actually move your career forward, that important vacation you keep putting off…

And forget about time for YOU: to relax, unwind, get enough sleep, nourish your body with quality food, and get in those workouts necessary for long term thriving.

But it doesn’t have to be like that.

You CAN improve both your output and work processes…

And just as important, you can improve how you FEEL about your relationship with time.

Imagine what it would be like if you had reliable systems for:

How do you think this would impact your quality of life?

I’m betting it would be a game-changer.

You would optimize for both maximum productivity AND calm and ease.

You’d feel in control of your life!

But here’s some hardcore real talk.

There’s no magic pill. No system can cure your time management struggles overnight. Your current habits weren’t built in a day and they won’t change in a single day.

Furthermore, to be successful at time management, you have to develop skill sets –– and mindsets –– to navigate the relentless tornado of demands that are going to keep coming. And developing any skill requires time and effort.

But by identifying and working on the component parts of time management, you CAN improve your relationship with time and accomplish more of your most important priorities…

Because ultimately, you can’t actually “manage time.” Time is gonna do its thing. 😉

But you can learn to manage yourself.

And if you DO, you can expect to experience:

I know this is possible. Because I’m a human just like you.

I have a jam-packed professional life. At any given moment, I’m juggling multiple business ventures, lotsa employees, and lotsa clients.

I also have a very full personal life. I have dear friends, a wife, a dog, and an adorable baby daughter who I cherish.

And of course, I need to make time every day to fill my cup; I have to execute on the most important activities for my physical and psychological well-being. This is an absolute requirement to show up as my best self for the people I love and the missions I serve.

Now I’m not gonna lie. It’s a lot.

But let’s be clear, I am NOT complaining about my full life. I know how lucky I am. I’m grateful for these opportunities. And honestly? At this point in my career, I really HAVE built some powerful systems and techniques to help me manage my day and create order out of the chaos.

But I still have to work at it. It requires ongoing effort to live up to my commitments and create the life I want. I don’t nail it every day. But on balance, the skills I’ve learned have helped me keep many wonderful plates in the air WITHOUT sprinting through life, totally out of breath and overwhelmed.

And I want to help you do the same.

After a several year hiatus, I’m finally bringing back my time management training for members of our Mark Fisher Fitness community.

In this 1-day time management workshop, you will be offered an array of skills and frameworks to support your time management and productivity goals.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

Schedule your life so you can win the day 90% of the time

Stop wasting time on stuff that doesn’t matter

Effectively delegate tasks that don’t require your personal attention

Create a system to NEVER forget something important again

Discover the science behind why most To-Do Lists don’t work (and what to do instead)

Master your calendar and sync with your personal rhythms to maximize your productivity

Conquer your inbox once and for all (this will be so easy you’ll be shocked)

Learn the tactical secrets to making your fitness pursuits practical and non-negotiable

PLUS: My personal system for education-hacking so you can learn faster and more effectively

Think About It This Way…

If this workshop saves you just 5 minutes a day (it will save you WAY MORE, but let’s say “5 minutes”)…

That’s 25 minutes a week.

That’s 20 hours a year.

That’s 5 full work weeks over a decade.

Can you imagine what you could get done with over 200 extra hours of time?

How would that impact your professional and career goals

How would that time impact your relationships with your loved ones?

How would that extra breathing room impact how you FEEL about time?

When it comes to time management, small hinges really do swing big doors.

Let’s go!

FAQs

No prob! While live attendance is strongly encouraged, all participants will receive a video recording of the workshop to review at their convenience.

The principles haven’t changed, but there are a few new frameworks and methods to address the most common stumbling blocks. But overall, this would be more of a refresher/update and not a drastically redesigned course from the versions I’ve previously offered.

Overall, yes. The principles of managing your time, capturing possible to-do items, prioritizing your tasks and scheduling them, etc. are the same for all of us.

Having said that, it’s true that some of the techniques necessary for maximum productivity are easiest to implement when you have more control over your schedule and workflow. But if you have a sane boss, they will be happy to be in dialogue about ways to support you in being more effective and efficient at your job.

(In fact, if they’re REALLY cool, they’ll buy this for you. :-))

Yes, the principles will be absolutely relevant and applicable.
