Before they start at MFF, many of our Ninjas are struggling through some half-hearted workouts at a gym. Some find themselves falling out of the habit altogether. Still others have never even been a part of a gym, because they’re not sure what to do while they’re there.
And as the years pass, they slowly stop recognizing their body. Their doctors appointments become a disheartening check-in about failed fitness resolutions. They find themselves less confident in their romantic relationships and with less energy for their careers and their family.
