Away from the gym for the New Year? No problem! Chris Crowthers is back with another bodyweight only workout to keep you feeling fit and fabulous in 2020 while you’re away from your home gym. Yaaaaaaaas!

To help you get this new year AND new decade started off right, I’ve put together a 20-minute workout you can do anywhere.

Whether you’re still traveling for the holidays, Mother Nature is preventing you from getting to the Clubhouse or your muggle gym, or time is of the essence…I got you, boo!
