2 Quick Announcements!
1) On April 20th (the release of my next newsletter), I’m going to announce the dates for the next Snatched in 6 Weeks in June and July. Due to overwhelming demand by both alumni and those looking to dip their feet in for the very first time, it’s looking like it’s going to sell out almost immediately. Be sure to check your email on April 20th if you want in, as it’s gonna be first come, first get-so-hot-you-piss-off-your-ex-boyfriend-or-ex-girlfriend. For general details, click here.
2) How BAD ASS does Katrina Newman look!!! Just goes to show how much fitness ass you can kick if you really get after it.
“For the past few years, exercise had been an all or nothing pursuit for me. I would dedicate my life to a new fitness path every few months. Bikram 30 Challenge Distance runner. Spin class master. I’ve tried it all. I would hit it hard for a month or two, spending hours and hours at the gym, exhaust myself, get fed up, and quit. I’d take a little time off, and when I felt sufficiently out of shape I’d look for a new fitness obsession. It was a vicious cycle that left me tired and disappointed in myself. I knew that I wasn’t lacking dedication or ability, but I needed to be lead in the right direction.
I met with Mark, and we talked about his approach to fitness. Hotness and Health. His goals were my goals. His enthusiasm about fitness was infectious. We talked about training, nutrition, and proper rest periods. I didn’t have to kill myself to succeed? I was skeptical- but it was a lot more appealing than what I had been doing. Mark’s weight training programs focus on building strength where I need it, and use my time optimally- I’m rarely in the gym longer than an hour. I’m excited to see Mark for our weekly sessions- to share my strength gains and to see what he’ll challenge me with next. I get a new program often enough that I never get bored. The workouts are smart. Mark is smart. His way works. He knows the body, and knows what will work for my body. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. I’m looking better, I feel fantastic, and best of all, I don’t see myself giving up on this anytime soon.
