Fierce Navidad At-Home Holiday Workout

Happy Holidays, Hunties!

Raise your hand if you use the excuse of being away from a gym as a reason to not work out during the holidays. (Me too, gurl. Me. Too.)

Well guess what? Now you don’t have an excuse! I’ve put together a workout that can act as a full workout or as a finisher (if you do have access at a gym) and all you need is your beautiful body!

I hope you enjoy this little holiday gift from me to you:

The Workout

Set your timer for an even number of minutes. Complete one set every minute on the minute, alternating sets every other minute.

If you’re using this as a warm-up or a finisher, shoot for 6 – 8 minutes. If you’re doing this for your entire workout, try two 10-minute blocks with 1 minute of rest in between.

SET 1

  • 6 Skater Jumps
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 6 Reverse Lunges (Each Side)
  • 6 Squat Thrusters

SET 2

  • 6 Jump Hinges
  • 6 Mountain Climbers (Each Leg)
  • 6 Squats
  • 6 Burpees
