It’s time for what’s become a very regular installment here in on the MFF blog: an interview with a new team member!  Ladies and gentleman, it’s my honor and pleasure to introduce our newest trainer/coach/sherpa of health and hotness, Jennifer Frankel!
As we begin another new year, I think it’s always useful to take a moment to reflect on what you learned the previous year.  While I’m not into resolutions per se, I do support folks applying the knowledge they attain.  Knowledge is great (and lord knows we love learning), but if it’s not acted on, it’s not particularly meaningful.  Here are some things the MFF Team learned in 2012, and the ways they’ve influenced how we help Ninjas achieve fitness glory.
Ladies!  Gentleman!  Non-human readers!  I’d like to take moment of your time to acquaint you with our newest MFF team member, Erin Thompson!  Although Erin has been teaching some yoga classes for us for many months, she’s recently joined our team full time.  And because there’s nothing we like better at MFF than working on our friendships, let’s find out a little bit about our newest Fitness Ninja!
One of our most important values at MFF is getting better.  Continuing education is a big part of how we live this value, and 2012 was a year full of learning for all of us.
Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to be gentle lubed and prodded by a guest post from our newest MFF Fitness Ninja, Matt Wilson.
“Get better.”
Let’s snuggle up by the fire and take a look at one of our most recent Tales of Glory!  This past round of Snatched was the biggest yet, and the Ninjas kiiiiilled it.  Never before did we see so many jaw-dropping before and after pictures!  As fiercely competitive as the contest was, ultimately there could be only one.
Anyone who has been in a relationship is familiar with the “honeymoon” phase.  When two people fall in love, life becomes a romantic comedy montage of ice cream, sex, and longing looks.  A new romantic relationship is a magical combo of both the novel AND the familiar.  Keeping things interesting requires little work on the part of the new lovers, and everything seems to flow magically.
