When I moved to New York this past summer and got a taste of the food here, I immediately went on a subconscious culinary conquest that seemed to have no boundaries. Can you blame me? I ate out all the time and unsurprisingly started putting on the pounds. I accidentally stumbled upon Mark Fisher Fitness as I walked by it one day. I was in the market for a new gym, so I decided to give the Make Me a Ninja program a shot (which I loved). When I heard about Snatched I had the attitude that it would be just like every other “YOU CAN SLIM DOWN AND GET RESULTS SUPER QUICKLY” diet/exercise fad that was trying to sell me something unobtainable for an obscene price. Having tried dieting in the past, I thought, what could they possible tell me about nutrition that I don’t already know? I was so wrong.

After a gentle push of encouragement from Erin, one of the most loving trainers on the planet, I decided that it was worth a shot. I could at least use it to maybe break those bad eating out habits I had acquired up here.

It turns out Snatched is everything it promises to be and more. My body is strong–I see muscles on my arm that I’ve never seen before. I have a completely new perspective of my diet. I feel more empowered than I ever have before. Poor food choice one day? No sweat, I keep moving forward. The question is no longer if I could ever have the body of my dreams, but when. I’m smarter. You learn new things about food and fitness every day. If all that wasn’t enough, Snatched also provided me with an amazing network of support and camaraderie at a level I have never experienced elsewhere in my fitness journey. Nobody finishes this program without being completely SNATCHED.
