Snatched is so much more than swinging a kettle bell or drinking a protein shake. It's the whole package. 30 pounds later, I can say that package worked for me. - Ninja Chad
Where do I start?
This program Mark and his MFF team has created is riddled with ways to succeed. Riddled, I tell you. My favorite notion, and one that instantly let me off the hook: You can’t do Snatched wrong. You show up? You’re winning. Of course, the degree of success you find is largely dependent on the effort you put into it but, make no mistake, you’re winning just by walking in the door. Sign me up! Know this: you’re going to see change in six weeks. I deadlifted 325 pounds, lost inches in my waist and hips, dropped nearly 30 pounds and feel sooooooo much better. Six weeks.
Along the same lines, “Don’t let perfection be the enemy of good.” So true. So what if you don’t do everything perfect? Who can? I’m not perfect and I’m thankful. I’m a huge goof in love with novelty. Don’t let the fear of not doing things perfect stop you from doing anything. I’ve never had as much fun working out as I have at the clubhouse. Before now, the most I’d ever even done at a gym was an elliptical for a bit, a random weight machine or two for a few minutes and then maybe stretch. I’ve now been in my workout gear at least 5 times a week for 7 weeks. Where the hell did that guy come from? I don’t care. I dig it and it has felt great. I wouldn’t be here without Snatched.
The support network you become a part of is unreal, uncanny and truly without equal in any environment I’ve been a part of. A disgusting amount of love and support is presented. You take what you need and you become part of a family, all geared towards each others’ mutual success. Yes, you can take classes here, another gym or even do things on your own. For me, however, it can’t compare to the community aspect that supports you at your weakest and celebrates as you see victories. You will see victories. You’ll see them in each others’ eyes and they’ll see them in yours.
Snatched is so much more than swinging a kettle bell or drinking a protein shake. It’s the whole package. 30 pounds later, I can say that package worked for me. (That’s what she said.)
