Life is a series of compromises. We must all find our own balance of work and fun, of pleasure and enjoyment, of veggies and ice cream.
In our latest installment of Snatched glory (and the very first in our Ninja Clubhouse), the Snatcheders brought it. HARD. By all accounts, this round set the bar higher than ever and we saw the most spectacular and consistent results we’ve had to date! But as we all know, only one Ninja Warrior can be the winner of the grand prize in our Before and After Picture Contest; the winner receives all their money back (and this shit ain’t cheap) AND a headshot session with Ninja Photograher Matthew Murphy to record their newfound health and hotness for posterity.
Mark Fisher fitness has changed the way I look at nutrition and fitness. His passion and dedication to his business cannot be denied. For over 10 years now I have battled with myself, spending years running on an elliptical machine that was not doing me any good, and with food, which became an enemy. I now feel I have the tools to continue my journey. The attitude and motivation of all the trainers helped me give my all in class. I Lost 10 lbs and gained knowledge and an undying love for the kettlebell. Thank You.
I lost an amazing 22 pounds from Snatched in six weeks! Weight is something I have always struggled with. With the help of Mark, Brian, and rest of the MFF team, I feel in control of my body and feel great all the time. These six weeks were very educational and now I have the tools to follow a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. I will never go back to the way I was. I will strive to keep getting better everytime and always going “full out!” Thanks MFF for changing my life!
I was following Mark’s moves since he started sending newsletters last year, and was immediately hooked by his in-depth knowledge and, of course, more importantly, his completely inappropriate humor when discussing such serious hotness. With a crazy schedule on my hands, I kept up with the newsletters and waited until I could find 6 consecutive weeks where I wouldn’t be out of town. When the Clubhouse was officially opened I decided now was the time….it was now or never! I begged my husband to join me on a journey to become Hot Ninjas, and got the best Christmas present ever….he agreed!
I am a yo-yo health addict. Every year, I rev myself up with some new way of getting fit and by summer, my plan is out the window and my gym membership is just another accessory on my keychain. Mark Fisher and his crew of ninjas were able to get into my psyche and help me make life-lasting changes. Every night of Snatched, I would be in stitches laughing from the anecdotes that make fitness fun (yes, fitness can be and IS fun). There was no scientific jargon, just motivation and fitness glory to get a tight ass and smoking abs (diamonds, anyone?).
Coming from years of struggling with an overall unhealthy lifestyle, I don’t think I really knew what I was getting into when I signed up for Snatched late last year. In a city and culture where hotness (much more than health) is valued, it seemed more and more daunting to break the cycle and take the first few steps towards change. What I soon realized as time went on was that the best part of my day was becoming the time I spent at the clubhouse. Don’t get me wrong, it was extremely challenging (and parts still are!) but the combination of giving it my best, the strength and communal energy I absorbed from my fellow Snatchers and the über-supportive atmosphere Mark has cultivated truly helped me solider on. I’m aware that my journey to health and hotness is still a long one but in a way I feel as if I already won. I know that I could not have done ANY of this without Mark and his amazing team. Gracias, danke, arigato, grazie…
One of my favorite quotes is by Marianne Williamson, and it begins with the words “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…” In SNATCHED, I experienced a physical and emotional manifestation of this idea that I love so much. I feel like I am armed with knowledge and have the tools necessary to never be the same again…to be better…to live more fully…to make better choices…to tap into my power. We all have it. It helps to FEEL it.
